About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Helios Media Platform team at Loblaw Digital. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver complex internal and external user-facing tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frame problems and opportunities through research and data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Design and develop user-centered solutions, considering the needs of both customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoffs and effective implementation of designs.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure shared understanding of problems and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital products.
  • Test and learn through usability testing and generative research, refining designs based on feedback and data.
  • Measure and track the performance of designs post-launch, optimizing and iterating based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and design thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with design systems and the ability to contribute to their development and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
