SAP Program Officer Role at Affinity Group

The Director of ERP will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing sustainment of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional Corporate and Operations teams to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing sustainment of the ERP system.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
  • Ensure the ERP system is operating efficiently and optimally.
  • Make key decisions on resource distribution.
  • Report to Senior management and Board as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Proficient in software development lifecycles, agile, release management, and organizational change.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Spanish speaking proficiency is beneficial.
