SAP Program Officer

A key role at Affinity Group is available for a Director of ERP to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing sustainment of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional Corporate and Operations teams to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an ERP strategy that aligns with the business objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of the implementation and ongoing sustainment of the ERP system.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and specifically with Finance, Human Resources, Health and Safety, Operations (Maintenance, Asset Management).
  • Lead the ERP team and provide leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure the ERP system is operating efficiently and optimally.
  • Identify areas for improvement and build solutions to improve the ERP system.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators.
  • Own an array of key 3rd partners across delivery and sustainment.
  • Reporting to Senior management and Board as the need arises.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams and budgets.
  • Proficient in Software development lifecycles, agile, release management, organizational change.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Spanish speaking proficiency is beneficial to have.
