ERP Leadership Opportunity

Affinity Group is seeking a seasoned ERP Director to lead all aspects of the company's enterprise resource planning system.

As the ERP Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an ERP strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and work effectively with Finance, Human Resources, Health and Safety, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an ERP strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of ERP system implementation and ongoing sustainment.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
  • Lead the ERP team and provide leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure the ERP system is operating efficiently and optimally.
  • Identify areas for improvement and build solutions to improve the ERP system.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators.
  • Own key 3rd party relationships across delivery and sustainment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams and budgets.
  • Proficient in software development lifecycles, agile, release management, and organizational change.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Spanish speaking proficiency is beneficial.
