Client Relationship Specialist

Become part of a purpose-driven and successful team, dedicated to achieving results within an inclusive and high-performing environment. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will oversee the connections with the SM Quebec Region, delivering operational assistance to the business while concentrating on daily issue resolution and adjudication, initiative support, as well as training and development of colleagues. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between the Quebec Region Branches and Canadian Wealth Management Operations (CWMO), with an emphasis on process enhancement, project oversight, and general operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Quebec Region in strategic and tactical discussions for both new and ongoing initiatives, alongside routine business processes
  • Share best practices and processes facilitated by CWMO
  • Serve as the primary contact for any escalations from the Quebec Region
  • Maintain the CWMO metrics dashboard
  • Foster and sustain partnerships with key internal stakeholders, including other operational teams, technology, compliance, and Wealth Management business partners
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential
  • A university degree is required
  • 5+ years of pertinent work experience
  • Experience in an investment or brokerage operations setting
  • Familiarity with Wealth Applications such as Broadridge, Salesforce, Score, and Charles River
  • Project Management experience is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Experience in team management and talent development
