Position Overview

All American Home Care, LLC is seeking a dedicated Information Security Analyst to join our Cybersecurity and Risk Management team. In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Manager of Cybersecurity Operations and will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization’s digital assets and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to identify and evaluate potential security threats to our network and data.
  • Monitor network activity for any signs of malicious behavior and conduct thorough investigations into security incidents.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement advanced cybersecurity measures and best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of our systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend effective remediation strategies.
  • Assist in digital forensics efforts by gathering and analyzing evidence related to security breaches.
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and share relevant intelligence with internal teams and external partners.
  • Communicate complex security concepts to non-technical staff in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Contribute to the development of security metrics and operational procedures to enhance our cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of risk management processes and security methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks and tools.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Ability to mentor and develop others in the field of cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as NERC CIP and PCI.
