We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at REPOWER FINANCIAL GROUP INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment:
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language.
