Job Title: Senior Executive - Financial and Administrative Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at Crystal River Immigration Consulting Service LTD. as a Senior Executive - Financial and Administrative Management.

Job Summary:

The Senior Executive - Financial and Administrative Management will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning, and human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
  • Manage and oversee the financial and administrative functions of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the management team on financial and administrative matters.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff to ensure the efficient operation of the organization's administrative functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a senior executive role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
