About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team at Ann Arbour Consultants Inc. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and court sessions, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared.

Document Management

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure that all documents and records are easily accessible and compliant with legal procedures.

Minute Taking and Record Keeping

You will take minutes of court sessions, meetings, and conferences, and prepare and distribute them to relevant parties in a timely manner.

Office Procedures and Routines

You will assist in determining and establishing office procedures and routines, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and effectively.

Correspondence and Document Preparation
