We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Advantage Personnel. As a leading supplier of industrial products and services, we provide a wide range of solutions including Tool Reconditioning, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Vending, and Product Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on our products and services to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Communicate with suppliers to negotiate quotes, review proposals, and secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery, inventory, and invoicing in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in an industrial supply environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
