Job Title: Customer Service Representative

CSN Collision is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that all parties are informed of the status of their claims.
  • Process and manage customer claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that claims are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the repair team to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards and that customers are kept informed of the progress of their repairs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure that CSN Collision is the go-to provider for collision repair services.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or university education preferred.
