Job Title: Customer Service Representative

CSN Collision is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Manage customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely and high-quality repairs, communicating with customers and stakeholders as needed.
  • Process and manage customer payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
