Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director

At Canopy by Hilton Toronto Yorkville, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and room night sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and room night sales goals
  • Lead the sales and marketing team to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English, with other languages an asset
