Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our HR workforce data optimization and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating across the People Services portfolio to enhance the current functioning and alignment of our Human Resources data, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR teams to review and improve HR data management and reporting processes
  • Assess and recommend changes to HR systems and processes to enhance integration and collaboration
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve HR operations and decision-making
  • Provide project management support for HR projects and process improvements
  • Represent HR in corporate initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • CHRL or CHRP designation preferred
  • Project Management Professional, LEAN Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in HRIS system experience, data analytics, HR systems configuration, and implementation
  • Experience working with Meditech and/or Virtuo HR an asset

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $96,681.00 - $120,841.50
  • Hybrid work arrangement with regular onsite work required
