Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our disaster restoration projects in Mississauga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including estimators, technicians, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site assessments, estimate damages, and develop restoration plans to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in disaster restoration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian building construction and relevant codes.
  • Proficiency with Xactimate (LEVEL 1, 2, or 3 is a must).
  • Proven experience in planning and monitoring project budgets.
  • Valid driver's license (FULL G).
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including material handling, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces).
