Job SummaryWe're looking for a seasoned FP&A professional to provide valuable financial insights and support key decision-making processes. As a trusted business partner, you'll act as a key advisor to senior management, leveraging your expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing FP&A support, acting as a trusted business partner by turning data into actionable insights.
- Support the FP&A team with monthly analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including cost, resource, business case, and special project analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
- Identify business trends and gaps, offering recommendations to senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes by leveraging current software tools.
- Assist in various ad-hoc analyses and projects, focusing on strategic growth and initiatives.
- Play a key role in the control framework while driving efficiency and continuously reviewing operating expenses against budget.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in an FP&A role within a service organization (preferably in a software company).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field of study.
- CPA designation is required.
- Dynamic, diplomatic, and methodical with lots of initiative.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with various levels of management and provide ongoing financial advice.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues.
