Job Description

**Chief of Financial Planning & Analysis**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our team at Exceleris. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis efforts, including budget forecasting and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations based on in-depth analysis.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to optimize growth initiatives and enhance profitability.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • CPA designation required.
  • Bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the real estate development industry.
