Truck Driver

GOLD LEAF TRUCK LINES INC. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Safely: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and Unload: Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage.
- Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Certifications: Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring regular travel and overnight stays. The work language is English.
