About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at ORBCOMM. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and practices that support the company's growth and success.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy, and educate managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Champion a culture of excellence that promotes employee engagement, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Develop and lead people strategies and approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver value-added programs in training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and a proven ability to provide strategic solutions that align with overall company objectives.
  • Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization.
  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, ideally in a global high-tech environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
  • Highly analytical and able to think conceptually, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize HR responsibilities.
  • Proven record of successfully implementing and executing impactful programs.
  • Service-oriented and able to communicate with employees at all levels.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
  • Proficiency in HRIS Systems.
