  • Recruitment: Attract and hire suitable candidates for the team.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Training: Provide training and development for staff members.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Balance cash and prepare financial reports.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct assessments of employee performance.
