Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
