Join our team at OpenText, the Information Company, where we're redefining the future of digital. As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our Sales teams across our Portfolio sales organization.

Your Impact:

You'll execute critical business processes to drive sales productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Forecasting: Partner with sales leaders to accurately predict business performance.
  • Pipeline management: Ensure adequate pipeline hygiene and coverage for future growth.
  • Yearly planning: Collaborate with sales leaders to establish financial plans, resource allocation, and quota setting.
  • Business analytics: Provide insights for quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Business support: Partner with Finance, HR, and other teams to address business needs.

What We're Looking For:

We need a team player with:

  • Strong business acumen and sales process knowledge.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analytical mindset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and execute complex tasks in a changing environment.

What You'll Bring:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar function, preferably in sales. A degree in Business or Economics is a plus.
