About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at FX Innovation. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software components that support our risk management product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support data transformation components using.NET (C#) or Python, SSIS/Snaplogic, and AWS cloud services.
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and architects to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Develop implementation plans, participate in deployment, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in applications and recommend changes to meet business needs.
  • Develop modular components and conduct unit and integration testing.
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry (financial products, risk management).
  • Proficiency in development tools such as Python, C#,.NET Core, WCF, Angular, Typescript, Bootstrap, KendoUI.
  • Experience with integration tools like Snaplogic or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of testing and deployment tools like Docker, Swagger, Azure DevOps, GIT.
  • Experience with databases like PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
  • Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Understanding of data warehousing, modeling, and system architecture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Jira/Confluence).
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Caisse.
