We are seeking several Agile Coaches to join our team at Levo, a leader in digital transformation. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in helping our clients adopt agile practices and improve their project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the adoption of agile methodologies and principles, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and opportunities, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance team agility and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in the resolution of complex issues related to change management and agile implementation.
  • Integrate agile practices across multiple teams and projects.
  • Ensure the sustainability of organizational transformation.
  • Support managers and their teams in implementing agile practices.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in a relevant field.
  • Hold a Scrum Master and/or Scrum Product Owner certification.
  • Have experience in creating agile training materials.
  • Have experience in implementing agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).
  • Have knowledge of large-scale agile practices (DAD, SAFe, Nexus).
