Omnichannel Transformation Leader

About the Role
CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the implementation of our omnichannel strategy. As the Omnichannel Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
Lead a team of professionals to ensure the integration of all channels and touchpoints, resulting in a cohesive customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to drive business results and achieve key performance indicators.
Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the team's success.
Make strategic decisions that impact the organization, considering the short-term and long-term implications.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and vendors, to drive business growth and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business transformation and growth.
Embed a culture of excellence and influence positive change within the organization.
Requirements
Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
6-9 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in leadership and team management.
3-5 years of experience in personnel management or team leadership.
Fluency in French and intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
