Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

Oversee sales cycles ranging from $5,000 to $200,000, managing the process from initiation to closure.

Ensure the achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis by promoting all service lines.

Develop and deliver tailored meeting documentation to clients.

Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.

Role Expectations:

Manage the sales process effectively.

Identify, research, strategize, and secure business opportunities within your designated territory.

Establish efficient processes to attract new clients while onboarding businesses from current and competing clients.

Manage approximately 400 accounts with support from a Business Development Resource.

Engage in phone and email sales and marketing initiatives.

Drive pipeline growth across all service lines.

Provide accurate forecasting to management.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer information using CRM tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is preferred.

A college or university degree is required.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.

Proficiency in technology: ability to comprehend technical products, cloud services, and data security, and to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

A customer-focused, self-motivated individual eager to contribute to a technology company and foster growth through innovation.

Consistently demonstrates professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to represent the company positively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

Excellent interpersonal skills – empathetic, understanding, persuasive, collaborative, calm under pressure, and a team player.

Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

Proven track record of sales success with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.

A high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
