Sales Strategy General Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager of Sales to lead our sales operations at GOPAL BAKES CANADA INC.. This role is essential for driving our sales strategy and ensuring the achievement of our business objectives.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a sales management role
- Allocate resources effectively to implement company policies and initiatives.
- Authorize the formation of key departments and appoint senior staff members.
- Coordinate activities across various regions and divisions.
- Set organizational goals and develop or approve relevant policies and programs.
- Represent the company in negotiations and official functions.
- Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
- Enhance sales to current clients through strategic initiatives.
