About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Commercial Excellence and Strategy. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence across our commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Commercial Strategy: Work closely with our commercial leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead Commercial Excellence Initiatives: Lead and implement initiatives to improve sales force effectiveness, adoption and utilization of CRM, generation of business analytics and insights, sales incentive design, and multichannel customer engagement.
  • Drive Business Analytics and Insights: Design and implement sales analytics to benchmark and measure sales force activity, sales momentum and growth, and strategic drivers implementation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop effective and efficient commercial channel and go-to-market strategies.
  • Participate in Corporate Strategy Development: Participate in the development of our corporate strategy and serve as an ambassador for our company internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Education: Equivalent to a four-year university education with an emphasis in science and/or business.
  • Experience: A minimum of six years of experience in the CPG or pharmaceutical industry, with previous cross-functional commercial experience.
  • Skills: Strong track record of successfully building working relationships cross-functionally, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
