Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TORPEDO TRANSPORT LTD. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transportation company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Priorities: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Activities: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
