Job Title: Quality Assurance and Test Automation Analyst

Join Delpath's Retail Customer Platforms Technology team as a Quality Assurance and Test Automation Analyst. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2 days of on-site work per week in Toronto.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance and Test Automation Analyst to support the ongoing enhancement, development, implementation, and day-to-day operational support of the Offer Management platform (Customer Personalization Platform). The successful candidate will work closely with the product owner and business analysts to understand business functions and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with ETL and offer management applications to provide offer configuration, tracking, and fulfillment for Scotiabank customers across different retail products.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of the Offer Management platform.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve defects and issues.
  • Provide status reports, test results, and functional testing results to the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA/QC Analyst.
  • 3+ years' experience with ETL testing in both Hadoop and DataStage.
  • 3+ years' experience in database testing (SQL queries).
  • 1+ year experience in an Agile environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with writing and executing automation scripts.
  • Experience in providing QAT time and effort estimation based on business requirements.
Education:

Bachelor's in a technical field. ISTQB certification is an asset.
