Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance Automation Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications through automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated testing scripts to ensure software quality
  • Formulate a comprehensive automation testing strategy for essential applications
  • Set up and maintain the Selenium Test Environment (STE)
  • Design and enhance the project framework for testing
  • Debug, refine, and execute test cases efficiently
  • Manage changes effectively and conduct regression testing
  • Conduct load balancing and performance testing utilizing JMeter

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in automation testing
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python
  • Familiarity with .NET technologies and CI/CD practices
  • Expertise in Selenium-based automation frameworks
  • Experience in scripting for various platforms including desktop, mobile, and web applications
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a proactive mindset

The Quality Assurance Automation Specialist will work closely with manual testing teams and the Testing Lead to monitor and report testing outcomes, resolve issues, and establish testing protocols.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps is advantageous
  • Experience within the financial services sector
  • Understanding of financial instruments and their functionalities
