Supply Chain Data Specialist

Hercules SLR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Data Clerk to join our dynamic team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our supply chain operations by managing inventory data, collaborating with sales teams, and maintaining product information within our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage inventory transfers between various locations within our company network.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide accurate information regarding available stock and facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update product details within our supply chain management system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Accurately input and update critical data related to inventory levels, purchase orders, shipment details, and supplier information.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma or relevant certificate is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a supply chain environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheet programs and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively mine and interpret data.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
