Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our Supply Chain Team at Hercules SLR in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining supply chain data in our systems, monitoring the rate of sale for each type of product/components required by customers, and maintaining inventory levels necessary to meet projected sales demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory transfers and collaborate with sales teams to optimize stock levels.
  • Manage and maintain product information in the system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date data.
  • Accurately enter and update data related to inventory levels, purchase orders, shipment details, and supplier information into our supply chain management system.

Requirements

  • High school graduate plus college diploma or related certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related role, preferably in supply chain management or data entry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong data mining and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
