Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Earnest Immigration and Citizenship Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of 3-4 people.
