- Staff Training: Provide training and support to new staff members.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll processes and ensure timely administration.
- Budget Control: Plan and monitor budgetary expenditures.
Responsible for overseeing a team of more than 20 individuals.

This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and a significant workload while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
