Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Student Life Department to cultivate a healthy and inclusive environment
  • Demonstrate leadership and provide services that enhance student well-being
  • Design and implement mental health initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Link students to essential campus resources and services

Essential Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships
  • A cooperative team player with strong organizational capabilities
  • Comfortable initiating discussions and organizing activities
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a current NAIT student
  • Ability to manage responsibilities during busy academic periods
  • Good academic standing is preferred
  • Availability to assist with events before, during, and after classes

Compensation: $16.34 per hour, plus benefits. This position is governed by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees Collective Agreement.
