About Us: Brand Momentum is a leading sales, marketing, and retail company with a strong presence in Canada.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador/Promo Model to join our team for a Back to School Activation at the University of Alberta. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with students on campus to promote and distribute samples of our product/service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Sampling: Distribute samples of our product/service to students in high-traffic areas around campus.
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand, ensuring that all interactions are positive and align with the company's image and values.
- Engagement: Initiate conversations with students, answer any questions they may have, and provide information about the product/service.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute creative sampling events that generate buzz and excitement.
- Data Collection: Gather feedback from students about their experience with the product/service and report back to the marketing team.
- Social Media Promotion: Encourage students to share their experiences on social media, and actively participate in online brand campaigns.
- Logistics Management: Ensure that all materials and samples are well-organized, and that events run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Outgoing Personality: Comfortable approaching and engaging with people in a variety of settings.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with unique ways to present the product/service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the brand message clearly.
- Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with Campus: Knowledge of the campus layout and student culture is a plus.
- Social Media Savvy: Understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Working Conditions:
- This role requires walking, standing, and moving around campus for extended periods.
- The position may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions.
