Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at Atiya's Fresh Farm Inc.
Job SummaryThe Head Cashier will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their activities
- Authorize payments by cheque and resolve any issues that may arise
- Organize and maintain inventory, including merchandise and supplies
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
The Head Cashier will work in a retail business environment with a team of 11-15 people. The work will be fast-paced, and the individual must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
