Regional Sales Manager, Retail Distribution

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our Retail Distribution team at BMO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and sales support to our retail distribution channel in the London ON to Windsor ON territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and retention in the retail distribution channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail distribution channel
- Provide sales support and training to sales teams in the retail distribution channel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales or sales management
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and retention
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of retail distribution channels and sales strategies
