Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Nedco, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the electrical distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and onboard new accounts to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular account visits to ensure customer needs are met and sales objectives are achieved
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to support monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Ensure all sales activities are properly documented in the company CRM
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the electrical distribution industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve customer issues
