The Opportunity

We are in search of engaging, dynamic, and proactive Design Advisors to enhance our showroom experience. The ideal candidates will excel in customer interaction, cultivate strong relationships, and provide an outstanding customer journey.

Success in this position requires a passion for our offerings, a flair for aesthetics, and the ability to leverage product knowledge through ongoing training to deliver tailored solutions that align with customers' homes, families, and lifestyles.

Your Role as a Design Advisor at King Living

With your enthusiasm for design, you will play a crucial role in realizing our customers' visions. Whether assisting them in selecting the ideal furniture piece, choosing suitable fabrics, or customizing designs for their unique spaces, you will work closely with clients to create their perfect King Living product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the showroom's presentation to the highest standards while adhering to established Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
  • Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to provide consultations and promote sales.
  • Follow up on orders, inquiries, and emails to convert quotes into sales.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist customers in their purchasing decisions by identifying their needs and recommending suitable options.
  • Ensure the availability of samples, product cards, brochures, and all materials used in the showroom.
  • Utilize in-house systems to process sales orders efficiently.
About You:
  • Experience in retail sales, hospitality, color consulting, or customer service is preferred.
  • Background in textiles or interior design is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A keen sense of style and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who is adaptable and willing to support the broader team.
  • Quick learner with the ability to recognize customer cues and follow up on inquiries.
  • Results-oriented with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest trends.
