Position OverviewWe are in search of enthusiastic, engaging, and proactive Furniture Design Advisors to enhance our showroom experience. The ideal candidates will thrive in customer interactions, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring a superior customer journey.
Success in this role requires a genuine passion for our products, an eye for design, and the ability to leverage ongoing training to offer tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers' homes and lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:- Uphold the showroom's presentation to the highest standards, adhering to established Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships while providing exceptional service.
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to offer consultations and promote sales.
- Follow up on orders, inquiries, and emails to convert quotes into sales.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and maximize promotional opportunities.
- Assist customers in their purchasing decisions by identifying their preferences and recommending suitable options.
- Ensure the availability of samples, product cards, brochures, and all materials used in the showroom.
- Utilize our internal systems to process sales orders efficiently.
- Experience in retail sales, hospitality, color consulting, or customer service is preferred.
- Background in textiles or interior design is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A strong sense of style and attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who is adaptable and willing to support colleagues.
- Quick learner with the ability to recognize customer cues and follow up on inquiries.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends.
