Media Experts Coordinator

The Media Experts Coordinator, Investments will play a key role in an integrated media investment team. This position involves substantial collaboration with client account leads and team members in finance and client groups within Media Experts and IPG Mediabrands. The successful candidate will support the team with the maintenance and preparation of monthly budget forecasting, customer audits and analyses, as well as ensuring agency-wide targets and commitments are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting reports.
- Investigate, explain, and resolve variances where applicable (current vs. forecast, current vs. prior years, quarter vs. quarter, etc...).
- Coordinate with the planning/buying teams with regards to forecasts, rates and plans to ensure annual targets and commitments are met.
- Develop knowledge of the media landscape.
- Attend media seminars and vendor presentations as required.
- Streamline and improve existing processes, providing tangible solutions for ongoing and future challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of client billing estimates and reconciliations.
- Solve and clear billing discrepancies and queries.
- Develop proficiency with media-related tools and research systems.
