Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting reports.
  • Investigate, explain, and resolve variances where applicable.
  • Coordinate with planning and buying teams to ensure annual targets and commitments are met.
  • Develop knowledge of the media landscape.
  • Attend media seminars and vendor presentations as required.
  • Streamline and improve existing processes, providing tangible solutions for ongoing and future challenges.
  • Assist in preparing client billing estimates and reconciliations.
  • Solve and clear billing discrepancies and queries.
  • Develop proficiency with media-related tools and research systems.
