Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sunset Grill All Day Breakfast Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure that costs are controlled and that we are profitable.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our team of servers, cooks, and other staff members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and that our staff are trained to handle any situations that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
