Restaurant Manager Job Description

Rozzini's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
  • Service Development: Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Event Management: Manage events.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
