Restaurant Manager Job Description

Rozzini's Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring the financial performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
  • Service Standards: Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
  • Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews and ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services and ensure they are within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to attract new customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Events: Manage events and ensure they are executed smoothly.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
