Client Financial Services Specialist

Position Overview
As a Client Financial Services Specialist, you will collaborate closely with financial advisors to deliver tailored support to clients and members. Your role is pivotal in assisting advisors to provide services and nurture business relationships effectively. You will be empowered to address the immediate needs of clients and members by offering swift and straightforward solutions related to investments, financing, and protection, all aligned with strategic action plans.
Your strong interpersonal skills and effective communication will be essential in ensuring satisfaction and maintaining service quality that meets the organization’s standards. You will play a significant role in business development efforts, delivering exceptional customer service while creating proposals for routine transactions and facilitating the sale of products and services based on the specific needs of clients and members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries, conducting necessary research and recommending suitable solutions.
- Assist colleagues in organizing their schedules and managing correspondence.
- Stay attuned to the needs of clients and members, proposing solutions that align with their expectations.
- Guide clients and members in maximizing their use of tools and channels, considering their desired level of independence and automation.
- Identify business opportunities and engage in initiatives aimed at sales growth.

Qualifications
- Completion of an Attestation of Collegial Studies.
- A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
- Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered.
- Possession of a Mutual Fund Representative Certificate from the Autorité des marchés financiers.
- Proficiency in French is mandatory.
- Advanced English skills are required due to the nature of the responsibilities and interactions with English-speaking clients and partners.
- Familiarity with integrating financial data into systems.
- Understanding of compliance with the Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services.
- Knowledge of the principles and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives.
- Willingness to travel between various service points.
