What We're Looking ForWe are seeking an accomplished Global Entity Services Specialist to join our Global Entity Services team as part of our financial services business.
As a member of our Montreal team, you will:
- Contribute to delivering exceptional service to our clients, who are leading international private equity groups;
- Collaborate with global team members, clients, and their counsel;
- Ensure that all entity management tasks are performed in accordance with our service agreements and protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A College Diploma or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal concentration;
- Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Desire to strive for excellence and proactively recommend improvements to systems and processes;
- A self-starter who works well within a team and under pressure;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Commitment to continuing learning various IT platforms and additional software skills.
