About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Lime Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repairs
  • Maintain financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules and address customer complaints or concerns
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
  • Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
